Meet the Founder – Lisette Garces Rebelo

Lisette Garces Rebelo is the heart behind LGR Pro Care Solutions.

Lisette has over five years of experience as both a dedicated live-in and domicillian carer. She therefore understands the different challenges faced by both carers and clients. She has seen first-hand the immense dedication required, as well as the often overlooked burdens that come with caring.  She is particularly aware of the tedius administrative tasks, tiring compliance demands, and emotional toll on carers. 

Prior to the care industry, Lisette worked in corporate for over 35 years overseeing both management and training. She therefore brings dedication, commitment and leadership muscle to this business. She fully understands what excellent care standards involve and look like. She has personally helped individuals through their most vulnerable times and their last days. She has a clear understanding of what clients want, need and expect. She is professional, efficient reliable, empathetic and honest. 

Lisette personally interviews and supports every carer that she introduces to a client. She personally connects and/or meets with every single client that makes use of our services. She personally manages the administrative staff that provide support services for carers.
